Delete in the game (fastest)
- Open the game and tap Settings (the gear).
- Open Account and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and tap Next.
- Type the word DELETE (in Russian: УДАЛИТЬ) and tap Delete forever.
The deletion runs at once while you are online. The game then starts over with a new empty profile.
Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the game, write to privacy@sokolstudio.games with the subject “Delete account” and include your commander name and, if you have it, your player code (Friends screen) or player ID (Settings → Account). We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your game account and linked login, your cloud save (progress, heroes, items, currencies, settings, commander name), clan membership and your clan chat messages, friends and friend requests, ranking entries, arena squad and rating, hero legend entries, player-market listings (items in them are lost), invite code, and the gameplay statistics collected with your consent (Unity Analytics).
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records (product, price, date) — kept as required by tax and accounting law, for 6 years.
- A one-way hash of the device used for the invite programme — no longer linked to your account; kept for fraud prevention for at most 24 months.
- Reports about rule-breaking players, including a copy of the reported message — up to 12 months.
- Your old commander name may still appear in other players' battle or trade history as it was at that time.
- Backups at our service provider (Unity) are erased on their regular schedule, within 90 days.
